Shipping Information

Orders placed after 1pm PST may ship the following day.
Orders placed after 1pm PST Friday, or anytime Saturday and Sunday will ship on the following Monday.
Orders placed on Federal Holidays will be processed the following working day.

Returns/Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Returns

To return your product, please make sure it is:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • New, no signs of wear or use
  • Purchased from Pro-Tec Athletics directly via our website or customer service phone number
  • NOTE: Products that were purchased from a local store or online retailer, please reach out to them directly for their return or exchange policy information

If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with the return process.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to one week for us to process it and refund the product cost to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? Would you prefer a different product? We are happy to assist you with an exchange. Please make sure your product is:

  • Within 30 days of purchase
  • New, no signs of wear or use
  • Purchased from Pro-Tec Athletics directly via our website or customer service phone number
  • NOTE: Products that were purchased from a local store or online retailer, please reach out to them directly for their return or exchange policy information

If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or another product, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with the exchange process.

At this time we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, however we will gladly cover the cost to ship the new product back out to you.

Warranty

Pro-Tec Athletics offers a 6 month warranty for any product that fails to perform up to its initial standard of effectiveness. Any product that is determined by Pro-Tec Athletics to have deteriorated in performance due to a product defect which occurs during normal usage within six months from initial purchase may be returned. Liability

All merchandise sold by Pro-Tec Athletics is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. Pro-Tec Athletics assumes no responsibility for any injury that occurs when wearing or using our products.
