  • How do I wash the products?

    Neoprene & Compression products: Hand wash in warm water, lay flat to dry. Do not wash products in washer or dryer. If you feel your product needs more than a rinse, use a mild detergent and hand wash in warm water. Be sure to rinse out all soaps and air dry product. Roller Massagers/Foam Rollers: disinfect or clean with anti-bacterial wipes.

  • Is there a store in my area that carries Pro-Tec products?

    In the upper right hand of the site, click on "Locations". Enter your zip code or city to display stores in your area that carry Pro-Tec products.

  • What is the return policy?

    Return Authorization: Claims for mis-shipments must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Contact Customer Service at (800) 779-3372 to request a Return Authorization number (RA#). The RA# will be valid for 30 days beyond receipt by the customer. Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition.

    No returns will be accepted after 30 days from original shipment (except defective merchandise returned within the warranty period as listed below) or without authorization in the form of a RA# to be assigned by Pro-Tec Athletics.

    Original invoice # must also accompany all returns. Authorized returns will be either credited to your account or merchandise will be correctly replaced.

    Pro-Tec Athletics reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for all returns of non-defective merchandise. Customers will be required to pay invoices, including shipping, in full for unauthorized returns.

    Shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our shipping error (example: wrong product) or product is determined by Pro-Tec Athletics to be defective.

  • Does my product come with a warranty?

    Pro-Tec Athletics offers a 6 month warranty for any merchandise that fails to perform up to its initial standard of effectiveness. Any product that is determined by Pro-Tec Athletics to have deteriorated in performance due to a product defect which occurs during normal usage within six months from initial purchase may be returned in accordance with our Return Authorization policy as stated above.
