Definition    A blister is a small pocket of fluid within the upper layers of the skin.
Causes Blisters are formed when the skin is damaged, caused by rubbing and friction from shoes or clothing.
Symptoms The first sign of blisters will be redness over the skin, for example, in areas such as the back of the heel, the instep and toes.
Prevention Use LiquiCell® Blister Bands on potential 'hot spots' and specific areas that are prone to blisters. The Blister Bands can be used as a preventative or to provide cushion and protection for early stage blisters. (Not to be used on mature blisters or open wounds)
