  • How do I wash the products?

    Neoprene & Compression products: Hand wash in warm water, lay flat to dry. Do not wash products in washer or dryer. If you feel your product needs more than a rinse, use a mild detergent and hand wash in warm water. Be sure to rinse out all soaps and air dry product.

    Roller Massagers/Foam Rollers: disinfect or clean with anti-bacterial wipes.

  • Is there a store in my area that carries Pro-Tec products?

    In the upper right hand of the site, click on "Locations". Enter your zip code or city to display stores in your area that carry Pro-Tec products.

  • What is the return policy?

    We gladly accept returns, please make sure your product is:
    - Within 30 days of purchase
    - New, no visible signs of wear or use
    - Purchased from Pro-Tec Athletics directly via our website or customer service phone number

    If you would like to return your product for a refund, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with the return process.

    Once we receive your return, please allow up to one week for us to process it and refund the product cost to your original method of payment.

  • What is the exchange policy?

    Ordered the wrong size? Would you prefer a different product? We are happy to assist you with an exchange.

    Please make sure your product is:
    - Within 30 days of purchase
    - New, no visible signs of wear or use
    - Purchased from Pro-Tec Athletics directly via our website or customer service phone number

    If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or another product, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with the exchange process.

    At this time we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping, however we will gladly cover the cost to ship the new product back out to you.

  • Does my product come with a warranty?

    Pro-Tec Athletics offers a 6 month warranty for any product that fails to perform up to its initial standard of effectiveness. Any product that is determined by Pro-Tec Athletics to have deteriorated in performance due to a product defect which occurs during normal usage within six months from initial purchase may be returned. Please contact us at [email protected] if you would like to inquire about the warranty process.

  • I'm a retailer and want to carry Pro-Tec products, what is the next step?

    Thank you for your interest in Pro-Tec Athletics. To apply to become a dealer, please click on the link "become a dealer" in the lower right hand area of our website footer. This will lead you to an application to fill out.
